FIELD: plastic processing. SUBSTANCE: device has bed, extruder used for making tubular blanks before expansion and fixed to the bed, bearing guides with semi-moulds for expansion and moulding mechanism with a drive. The moulding mechanism is mounted for permitting alternative reversing rotation in a vertical plane by individual drive made up as two moulding platforms with vertical walls symmetrically arranged on both sides of the head of the extruder. The walls are connected with the drive through two pairs of cantilevers. The drive is made up as two reverse air cylinders with rods. The cylinders are arranged above the head of the extruder. The rods are oppositely directed and inclined to a horizontal plane at the same angle. Each rod is pivotally connected with a corresponding rocker pair. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
