FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and aims at increasing article quality and extrusion efficiency. Proposed device comprises bed, extrusion chamber with piston, moving gate to close the extrusion chamber on side opposite the piston forming surface and gate drive. The latter comprises linkwork engaged with drive cylinder displacing said gate to chamber closure position and locking its thereat unless the extrusion termination. Note here that at least the part of said gate on chamber closure end can enter the extrusion chamber with tight overlap of its section. Said drive cylinder is composed of three-position air cylinder to force said gate towards extrusion piston at extrusion final stage.

EFFECT: higher quality.
