FIELD: mechanical engineering; small scale mechanization facilities. SUBSTANCE: prime mover has driving steering gear, either with one driven and one driving units or with two driving units one of which is steering unit. Prime mover has pneumatic wheel sets, rotary electric module-drives with reduction gears in form of wave or cycloid gear mechanisms. Steering levers are installed, places for attachment of mounted and transported implements and machines are provided. Prime mover has also special mechanism to take off power at parking and at sharply alternating load. Control system of electric module drives is made in form of series-parallel, combined and separate starting and stopping control devices and electric protection and can be furnished with specialized microprocessors.
