FIELD: mechanical engineering; tractor building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed 3-ton traction with all driving wheels of one type-size has power plant, gearbox with transfer device to driving axles, cabin with life-support system and controls, longitudinal horizontal joint between axles to provided their turning relative to each other in vertical plane. Frame design tractor consists of two modules: front one - haul and power, and rear one - haul and working, interconnected by longitudinal horizontal hinge joint. Front module contains front frame providing preset angle of turning of wheels relative to frame by steering wheel. Different working equipment is installed on rear module. Sets and units of tractor are mounted on frames for independent mounting and demounting. Proposed wheeled tractor can be equipped with elongated frame of rear module and two driving axles in said module. Engine installed on front frame is connected with multishaft transmission unit with four-speed gearbox, with three-speed auxiliary gearbox, with two-shaft two-step range gearbox with cylindrical reverse, with two-step creeper gear and transfer device. Tractor is furnished with four-speed gearbox of power takeoff shaft with independent drive from driving parts of clutch and synchronous drive arranged on rear axle. Axles are provided with similar bevel center differentials, and axles are coupled by interaxle bevel differential with possibility of locking of differential. Front power takeoff shaft has independent hydrostatic drive through step-down planetary gear train. Proposed wheeled tractor with load-bearing frame can be widely used in agriculture owing to enlarged capabilities and possibility of increasing of load bearing capacity and developing different modifications on its base for different applications.
EFFECT: simplified layout and design, mounting and demounting, increased repairability and convenience in operation, reliability and level of unification with crawler tractor.
