Eye plate 8 is hinge mounted on plate 7 by one end. Body of bottom bracket 11 is mounted on free end of eye plate 8. Eye plate 8 and body of bottom bracket 11 can be turned in plane of plate 7 and fixed in required position by means of bolted connection or rack with stop.
