SUBSTANCE: coating has the following components, wt. -%: glass frit 60-90; filling agent 10-40; Filling agent: at least one oxide of the group: ZrO2, V2O3, Al2O3, and glass frit has the following components, wt. -%: silicon oxide SiO2, 30-50; barium oxide BaO, 20-35; calcium oxide CaO, 3-10; aluminium oxide Al2O3, 2-5; boron oxide B2O3, 3-7.5; titanium oxide TiO2, 1-6; sodium oxide Na2O, 2-8; zirconium oxide ZrO2, 0.5-3; yttrium oxide V2O3, 0.5-3. Coating properties: cohesion strength with backing is above 200 kg/cm2; CTR is (9.0-9.7) x 10-6 1/degree; microhardness is 790 ± 10 kg/mm2; thermostability at 600-20 C is above 400 cycles; roasting range is 1080-1200 C.
