FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: rubber mix is prepared by using rolls. Butadiene-nitrile rubber, industrial carbon, zinc oxide, captax accelerator, 2-styrylbenzimidazole and sulfur are used in amounts of 100, 40-70, 4.6-5.2, 0.7- 0.9, 0.2-2.7 and 1.4-1.6 weight parts, respectively. Characteristics of rubber: conventional endurance is 27.2-33.2 MPa: relative elongation is 680-725 %, fatigue endurance is 161-263.000 cycles; tear resistance is 69-75 kH/m; strength thermal ageing coefficient is 0.91-1.08, and elongation thermal ageing coefficient is 0.56-1.15. EFFECT: improved properties of the rubber mix.
