FIELD: recovery of products from wells. SUBSTANCE: well strainers are intended for filtering products recovered from oil, gas and water wells. It prevents clogging of filtering holes, increases total filtration area and enhances resistance to crushing. Device is made of perforated pipe. Filtering holes are trapezoidal in shape or in the form of truncated cone with head-pieces. They are secured on outer surface of pipe. Lower base of filtering holes are directed inside pipe and combined with its holes. Height of head-pieces is kept within overall dimensions of strainer sleeve. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
