FIELD: filtration.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of purification of extracted fluids, in particular to filter elements used as part of filters for purification of liquid and gaseous media. The filter element is a hollow element of permeable material, made in the form of a body of rotation. The hollow element contains corrugation, wherein corrugation is calculated in such a way that a condition t ≤ 2S + 5*FF is met, where t is a corrugation interval, S is a thickness of the filter element, FF is filtration fineness of the filter element.
EFFECT: efficiency and reliability of operation of a filter element are increased.
