FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: crank mechanism includes cylinder block made in form of two rectangular frames arranged one in other. Frame of housing connected with two covers forms housing of device. Inner frame moves over guides inside frame of housing forming cavities in working chamber. Piston moving inside frame over guides forms cavities in working chamber. Piston has hole receiving the crank. Cover is also provided with hole where shaft is located. Shaft is provided with holes and crank is provided with spool valve with cavities divided by partition; piston is provided with holes. When working medium is fed under pressure, device operates as pneumohydraulic motor and during rotation of shaft, it operates as pump. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 3 dwg
