FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: pump has a housing with a cover. Inside the space of the housing is a cylinder bank with pistons. The bank can rock between two end positions corresponding to zero and maximum working space. The bank of cylinders is set in movement by a regulator, which has a spring-loaded step piston coupled with the cylinder bank and mounted in the cover of the housing to define chambers of variable volume. The chamber, which is defined by the step of the piston of smaller diameter, is in communication with the delivery line of the pump permanently. The force exerted by the spring points in the direction of the maximum working volume of the pump. The chamber of the step of larger diameter provided with a spring inside it and can provisionally be in communication with the hydraulic tank through a throttling fluid-pressure actuated hydraulic distributor.
