FIELD: manufacture of boilers; boiler units. SUBSTANCE: vertical double-drum boiler includes gaslight shell 1 with rigidity strakes 2 formed by front wall 3 which changes to hearth wall 4 and ceiling wall 5 which are closed to lower drum 6 and upper drum 7 by side walls 8 and 9 and rear wall 10. Walls 8 are provided with chambers 11; upper chambers are brought in communication with drum 7 by means of steam escape tubes 12. Sell 1 is divided by transverse walls 13 and 14 into furnace 15, intermediate flue 16 and flue 17 of boiler bundle 18. Walls 3-5, 8-10 and 13, 14 are made from tubes 19 rigidly interconnected by means of spacers 20 in form of diaphragm panels. Transverse wall 13 has upper section 21 bent towards furnace after which its tubes are scalloped forming port for passage of gases Transverse wall 14 is scalloped respectively at the bottom. Rear wall 10 is provided with gas exhaust port 22 in its upper portion. Distance partitions 23 are mounted in height of boiler bundle 17. Side walls 8 of intermediate flue 16 have sections bent towards each other forming wells 24 with heat exchange stacks 25 mounted on their horizontal sections. Heat exchange stacks belong, for example to first and second stages of steam superheater. Horizontal sections of tubes 19 of wells 24 may be arranged in two rows and are rigidly interconnected in pairs by means of vertical spacers 26. Vertical sections of tubes 19 of wells 24 are interconnected by means of spacers 27 forming diaphragm panels 28 rigidly connected with transverse walls 13 and 14 over end surfaces. Heat exchange stacks 25 are supported by horizontal sections of tubes 19 of wells 24 through horizontal beams 30 mounted near panels 28 and are also supported by tubes of walls 8 by well-known method. Openings in walls 8 are sealed at area of wells 24 by one of well-known methods. Lower drum 6 is mounted on boiler foundation by means of supports 30 and lower chambers 11 of walls 8 are mounted by means of supports 31. Supports 32 and 33 are mounted under sections of connection of panels 28 to wall 13 between this wall and hearth wall 4, as well as between wall 4 and boiler foundation. On side of furnace 15, support 32 and clearance between transverse wall 13 and hearth wall 4 are insulated by means of lining are not shown in drawings. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 7 dwg
