FIELD: gas industry; production of stable condensate as marketable product or raw material for preparation of motor fuels. SUBSTANCE: method includes primary separation of vapor-and-liquid hydrocarbon mixture, low-temperature separation of cooled gas of primary separation, degassing extracted condensate and its fractionation in fractionating tower-debutanizer. Low-temperature separation is performed at pressure form 1 to 2 MPa and temperature from -10 to +10 C for feeding to absorption-stripping fractionating tower-debutanizer for sprinkling; degassed condensate of primary separation is fed to center portion of tower.
