FIELD: geophysical instruments meant for conducting of operations for investigation of holes by method of acoustic logging. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear includes ground and hole parts. Hole part includes radiator connected in series with program-controlled generator of complex frequency-modulated probing acoustic signal, one receiver as minimum, channel commutator, attenuator, amplifier, controller, hole telecommunication system connected over geophysical cable to ground telecommunication system. Ground part of gear telecommunication system, amplifier, analog-to-digital converter connected to buffer storage and special acoustic processor incorporating register, central processor and control unit. EFFECT: expanded application field as basis for development of equipment capable of adaptation to solved problems and specific geological conditions. 4 dwg
