FIELD: well logging in the course of well drilling for oil or gas with use of telemetering systems with wireless electromagnetic communication channel. SUBSTANCE: method includes setting-up of multifrequency electric field with use of sinusoidal voltage generated by downhole turbogenerator during operation of transmitter of bottom-hole telemetering system with wireless electromagnetic communication channel and conduction of electric logging with determination of medium electric resistance values characterizing the drilled formation during transmitter operation. During operation of transmitter of bottom-hole telemetering system, values of voltages applied to electric separator are measured. Said operations are conducted with the help of device with current and voltage transducers, amplifiers with regulated amplification factors, numeral signal processor, frequency meter of AC voltage generator, band-pass filters, multichannel digitizer and bottom-hole telemetering system connected to sections of drill pipes electrically insulated from each other by separator and including central processor unit, AC voltage generator (downhole turbogenerator), modulator and triac bridge.
