FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has nonwound rotor and stator with wound poles. Stator poles are interconnected through jumpers. At least one permanent magnet is placed in slot between pole teeth that functions to excite machine. According to invention, permanent magnet is displaced from slot axis and mounted on jumper flat. Permanent magnet is magnetized cumulatively with pole. EFFECT: improved reliability of permanent magnet fixation in slot due to sue of nonmagnetic wedge; improved synchronizing torque due to reducing its leakage fields. 8 cl, 3 dwg
