SUBSTANCE: motor has nonwound toothed rotor, stator 9 with main poles 2, 3 and starter poles 4, 5 and with windings 6-9; main-pole slots 14 accommodate permanent magnets 15. Starter poles 4, 5 are shifted from main poles 2, 3 so that angle between axes of their teeth is not a multiple of angular tooth pitch of rotor tz. According to invention, main-pole slots accommodate permanent magnets whose saturation is cumulative with saturation of respective main poles and angle between axes of permanent magnets and starter pole tooth axis is not a multiple of angular tooth pitch of rotor tz.
