FIELD: broadcasting and industrial TV equipment, in particular, three-dimensional TV systems which use polarization method for separation of pictures. SUBSTANCE: method involves screening right and left aspects of article by means of video camera with stereo tool, generation of right and left frames which correspond to these aspects on video camera target, transmission of standard black-and-white or color TV signal, displaying right and left frames on TV set screen and separation of these frames by means of polarization filters, which are located in front of screen and has perpendicular polarization planes, and by means of polarization spectacles. During screening of left and right aspects method involves optical compression of two frames in same plane by equal factor. During displaying of frames method involves their extension in same plane for same factor as during screening. During screening aspects are compressed by means of anamorphic blends which are located in front of eyes of stereo tool. Left and right frames are extended by means of anamorphic tool which is located between polarization filters and polarization spectacles. In particular, anamorphic tool is designed as two anamorphic blends which are made as integral with polarization spectacles. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 2 dwg
