FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of rectal suppository in rectum, twice per 24 h for 10-12 days. Suppositories were prepared by pouring method of suppository mass prepared from butyrum cacao (suppository base) and melon seed fat oil (lipophilic fraction) at ratio = 1:1. Mass of one suppository is 3.0 g. Method is used for treatment of chronic inflammatory prostate diseases. EFFECT: decreased treatment time, elimination of by-side effects.
