FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns pharmaceutical industry, particularly medicinal composition for preparing an antiinflammatory and antibacterial medical product. The medicinal composition for preparing the antiinflammatory and antibacterial medical product which contains at least a polyphenol-containing substance of certain catechine concentration, preferentially green tea and/or its extract, and fluoroquinolone, preferentially Ciprofloxacin taken in a certain ratio. The antiinflammatory and antibacterial medical product containing said medicinal composition, and also at least a base, preferentially, lipophilic or hydrophilic, e.g. mixed tri-, di- and monoglycerides and/or saturated fatty acids in amount sufficient to produce the required medicinal form.
EFFECT: said composition and medical product possess effective antiinflammatory and antibacterial action.
