INERTIAL GYRATORY CRUSHER Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2097133 C1

FIELD: production processes requiring extra-fine crushing. SUBSTANCE: inertial gyratory crusher has cylindrical shell 3 with feed hopper 4, internal cylinder 5 and external cone 7. Shell 3 is installed on base 11 with the use of resilient members 2. The shell accommodates internal cone 8 with shaft 9. Mounted rotatably on shaft 9 is driven vibrator 10 designed on the principle of unbalanced mass. Vibrator 10 comes in contact with driving unbalanced mass vibrator 11 seated on shaft 2. Discharge chute is secured between external cylinder 3 and internal cylinder 5 of the shell and is made in the form of belt helix with winding and discharge directed to the side of rotation of unbalanced mass vibrators 10 and 11.
