FIELD: separation of seed mixtures, preferably by elasticity. SUBSTANCE: separator has cylinder mounted on supporting and driving material and provided with horizontal or inclined axle and with entrapment members disposed on the inner surface in the form of blades or pockets. Installed inside the cylinder along its axle are feeder made in the form of slopes, cutoff surface with cleaning device and discharge mechanism made in the form of conveyer or battery of slopes directed to different sides. Provision is made for movable dividers and for unit for controlling position of the discharge mechanism. Inner space of the separator may be divided into sections by partitions. In this case length of each subsequent section in the axial direction is equal to 0.5 to 0.8 of the length of the preceding section. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 9 cl, 2 dwg
