FIELD: cleaning of seeds and their grading by elasticity and other technological properties. SUBSTANCE: separator has cutoff surface with feeder positioned over this surface. Members are situated in the inner space of loading device made in the form of cylinder with horizontal or inclined axle and with entrapment members disposed on the inner surface. The entrapment members, which are intended for preliminary separation of the initial mixture by one or several criteria of divisibility except for elasticity before feeding the mixture to the cutoff surface, are made in the form of separating and entrapment members or sources of force action. The separating and entrapment members may be made in the form of cells, friction coating, holes or bifiliar winding, while the sources of force action may be represented by pneumatic system, electromagnet, electrodes or their combinations.
