FIELD: transport engineering; devices preventing wheel slipping. SUBSTANCE: device has base 2 made in form of two parts of rod coupled to each other and provided with shoes 3 with replaceable lugs 15 on their ends. Cam 10 is mounted on one part pf rod, and roller 13 is mounted on other part. Roller 13 is hand drive member used to increase distance between shoes 3 prior to their mounting on wheel 1. Shoes 3 are essentially concave plates corresponding to shape pf outer contour of wheel 1. EFFECT: improved protection against slipping. 2 cl, 4 dwg
