FIELD: transport engineering; devices to increase road holding capacity of wheels. SUBSTANCE: device consists of hollow rods fitted one into the other in form of base consisting of two pipes with slots fastened by cover plate and end pieces with holes secured for movement on ends. End pieces are also made of tubes bent to radius and installed to permit turning of shoes provided with plates to radii of wheel sections with radius projections and stiffening ribs. One shoe is spring-loaded and the other is installed for movement and coupled with hand drive lever. EFFECT: improved road holding capacity of wheel. 5 dwg
