FIELD: devices for towing flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: device includes housing on which wheel hoisting unit and unit for coupling with tower hook and with shock absorbing strut of flying vehicle are mounted. Unit for coupling with shock absorbing strut is made in form of sleeve with clamps provided with cut. Mounted in sleeve is spring-loaded rod whose one end is provided with lock and other end is engageable with axle of shock absorbing strut which is engageable in its turn with cut of clamps and rod. Wheel hoisting unit is made in form of bracket connected with bushes. Sector with slots is mounted on one of bushes; retainer made in form of lever provided with flat on its straight portion and engageable with slots of sector is mounted in other bush.
