FIELD: devices for hoisting cargoes into flying vehicle compartments. SUBSTANCE: housing of device is provided with guides 5, plates 6 and three shafts: winch shaft, central shaft and intermediate shaft. Drum 11 of winch 7 is provided with limiting cheeks 12 fitted on its shaft; center shaft 25 holds supply sprockets 26 and intermediate shaft 27 carries guide drum 28. Central shaft 25 is connected with shaft of winch 7 by means of chain drive 29. Drum 11 of winch 7 is provided with hoisting rope 21 terminating in cargo grip 22 with quick- detachable stud 23 which is connected in turn with belt 24 and limiting cheeks 12.
