SUBSTANCE: system of packing has sack made of water-soluble or water dispersive film holding loose material composition used in agriculture and including substance providing intense evolution of gases and one or several active substance harmful for ambient atmosphere. Method of preparation of soil treatment mixture consists in placing the sack with mixture into tank with water. Water penetrating the sack causes intense evolution of gases which provides breaking of sack film, thus facilitating complete decomposition of film and uniform distribution of loose material over entire volume of tank.
