FIELD: packing of harmful and toxic products. SUBSTANCE: package has bag made of film soluble in cold water and harmful product liquid contents. Liquid occupies only part of bag volume, free volume being 5% of total volume of bag. Invention relates also to method of manufacture of bags of cold water soluble film resistant to damage in which harmful product-based substance is placed to occupy only part of bag after which bag is closed and sealed, for instance, by heat welding.
