FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: raw materials mixture comprises, mas. %: portland cement, 17-38; fine filler, 18-58; sodium hydroxide, 0.15-0.3; water soluble paste on the base of aluminium powder, 0.03-0.07; side product of purification of alcohol by rectification (which is carried out with the help of continuous distillation column), the balance. Method for production of raw materials mixture involves dosing of components, preliminary preparing of sodium hydroxide and blowing agent which is carried out in different capacities. Water soluble paste on the base of aluminium powder is used as mentioned above blowing agent. Then mixing of residual portion of said side product, fine filler and portland cement is carried out in concrete mixer. Then sodium hydroxide and blowing agent being prepared preliminary are added into this concrete mixer. Ratio of said components are as it has been mentioned above. Manufacturing of constructions of porous concrete involves preparing of raw materials mixture having mentioned above composition, preparing of shapes and concrete forms and feeding raw materials mixture into them, forming and sustaining till desired strength is obtained.
