GEAR JOINING MEMBERS OF FORMWORK Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: registering member of gear - locating arm is manufactured in the form of L-shaped bracket having flanges of different length. Smaller flange has wedge-shaped cut. Bigger flange carries pair of conical protrusions with collars and grooves near butts. Protrusions of locating arm are located in proper holes in bearing members in the form of parallelogram anchored in formwork panels. Groove of composite tension bar is located in cut of smaller flange. Groove of protrusion of locating arm is placed into cut in long flange of L-shaped wedge. Composite tension bar includes bar having thread on ends and locks interacting with it. Each one of them has cone head with threaded axial hole on one side and groove and shaped head on the other side. Placing locating arm executes joining of panels and registration of tension bar which design provides for realization of reliable anchor in mass of concrete.
