FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: in order to preserve natural permeability of oil-bearing formation with high relict water saturation, before piercing insulating materials, a reagent binding residual water is pumped in into well followed by removing it by way of swabbing bottom zone. As binding agent, 1.0-1.5% solution of anhydrous aluminum chloride in oil pyrolysis heavy tar is used. EFFECT: increased quality of insulation against formation water.
