FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: process provides for performance of volumetric pumpings of treatment mortars down into water bearing part of seam to a few tens of meters away from shaft of borehole without sufficient increase of working pressures of forcing through. Productive seam is opened by drilling, casing string is lowered and primary pressure grouting of casing string is conducted. Water-bearing part of seam is punched and pump and compressor pipes are descended up to this interval. Aqueous solution of water-and-alcohol solution ГКЖ-10 of ethyl-siliconate of sodium or of water-and-alcohol solution of ГКЖ-11 of methylsiliconate of sodium, oil and oil-and-cement solution, water-and-cement solution are pumped in sequence down pipes and are then forced through into water-saturated part of seam with the use of forcing fluid with abandonment of cement shell in casing string. When cement shell hardens it is drilled out, punching fluid is pumped down into face zone, perforation of effective oil-carrying part of seam is conducted and use of borehole is started.
