FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: system has data receiving device with measuring probes and with measuring probe supply generator, circuit of conversion of measuring probe state signals to digital code in every data receiving channel, device of code output to data processing device made as computer provided with interface, cable line of coupling the data receiving device to circuit of conversion of measuring probe state signal to digital code. In addition to main output of pulses at preset frequency of fo,, measuring probe supply generator has auxiliary output of pulses at frequency of 2fo, delayed by 3/4 each half-period from origin of oscillations which supply measuring probes. Generator has master oscillator 1 of 4fo, frequency, pulse counter 2, decoder 3, OR-gate 4, and variable component amplifier 5. Data receiving device is provided with N-differential amplifiers 8. Circuit which converts measuring probe state signals to digital code is made in the form of N- analog-to-digital converters 10 in every data receiving channel, former 11 of analog-to-digital converter starting, and former 14 of maximum pause of analog-to- digital converter in not-ready state. Code output device is made in the form of (N+1) code switches 12, code main line, code inverter 15, and address decoder 18. Computer 17 and interface 16 of data processing device are used in code exchange mode. Computer and interface are selected with clock input frequency of at least f = 2(N+1)•fo,, where N ≥ 2 is number of measuring probes. EFFECT: higher measurement results. 6 dwg
