FIELD: agriculture, in particular, controlled applying of nutrient and biologically active substances into root layer. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has container 1, mass exchange openings 2 and substance 3 to be dosed. Container is made completely or partially from membrane 4. Openings 2 are filled with air-saturated hydrophilic material 5 penetrating into container 1. Container 1 is made from easily deformed materials containing functional groups with hydrate number of 0.1. Openings 2 have area at least equal to 0.01 sq cm but not in excess of 5% of membrane area. Material 5 contains biological promoters, biocides, selective herbicides, destructing additives, microelements, repellents, zoocides etc. Substance to be dosed contains about 5% of difficultly soluble compounds. All members of apparatus are made from material susceptible to the processes of biological destruction, photo-destruction, hydrolysis and other destructing actions. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 5 cl, 5 dwg
