FIELD: special-purpose articles. SUBSTANCE: device has casing and cover. Casing and cover joint is retained by friction and resilient forces characteristic of organic glass as constructional material. Walls of bottom parts of casing and cover are provided with edges projecting above outer surfaces of parts to be joined so that open annular slot is defined between rims. Rims allow device with coin or medal to be readily inserted into numismatic album opening and reliably secured within it as well as withdrawn from it. Protective coaxial annular bead is extending along perimeter on outer end surface of casing so that opening is defined within bead. Surface of bead adapted for inspecting of coin is reliably protected from mechanical actions and possible scratches deteriorating transparency of organic glass. Similar annular bead is made on cover surface. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and convenient usage. 3 cl, 8 dwg
