FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to finish hardware, in particular, to vehicle, mostly to additional equipment of doors and hatch covers of rolling-stock, water transport, and automobile transport, and as well may be used for fixed objects. Locking - sealing device for doors and hatch covers of vehicles containing case1, cable 2, grasping clamps 3 and 4 of doors 5 and 6 and hatch covers and placed in two openings made in the case, cable end blocking device 2 in one opening and mechanism of dynamic fixation of the loose part of the cable placed in the other through cut, is made as a set of two clamps 7 and 8 of revolutional shape with working surface of raised roughness, push bars 9 and springs 10. Push bars are made as dish-shaped guides grasping springs and having at least two radially unbent springy stoppers on the open part interacting with a row of grooves on the walls of lodgments 12 and 13 preventing reverse trace of the push bars. There is a cutting in the case 1 on the part of the inlet of the through opening and transverse to it, wherein there is a loose buffer - ring 17 mated with the cable 2 and controller 18 with easily detachable top 19 with information printed thereon. There are suggested versions of push bars, hull and blocking devices of the fixed end of the cable.
