FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has corneoscleral lens with holder having centering point and slits varying in orientation and size in each of 4 sectors (90 deg) to carry out at the same time radial, tangential, parallel and atypical marking or making cuts like using guides. The holder has handle and ring-shaped graduated part from 0 to 360 deg having horns on its lower side directed at 90 deg to eyeball to enable eye fixation. The holder presses down built-in contact lens with its ring-shaped part. The corneoscleral lens is rotatable. The contact lens material can be transparent or opaque. In the former case, central opening is to be made in the central zone for centering. Interference quadrant and cuts shape is determined depending on location and direction of posttraumatic corneal cicatrix. EFFECT: concurrent marking in different modes taking into account individual features of cornea and other anatomic structures. 6 cl, 4 dwg
