SUBSTANCE: molding mixture is extruded for abrasive bodies or sintered abrasive material in the form of band with its simultaneous or subsequent incision from both sides to a depth equals to 0.2-0.9 of band thickness, parallel on each side and crossing at an angle of not less than 20 deg relative to the other side to form grooves triangle in shape and after drying, band is broken by incisions. Band is incised by forcing mixture or band into slot between surfaces of two rotating shafts whose surfaces has projections located in helical line of the same direction.
