FIELD: transport engineering; aircraft, aerosleighs, air cushion vehicles. SUBSTANCE: propulsive device has aerodynamic ring in form of torus shaped envelope and propeller placed in channel in inner portion of envelope. Envelope is reinforced by ring frames whose planes are parallel to plane of propeller rotation. Middle frame arranged in plane of propeller rotation is hermetically sealed and is hermetically connected with inner and outer portions of envelope. Two frames located before and after middle frame are also hermetically sealed and are hermetically connected from inner and outer portions of envelope forming, together with outer portion of envelope and middle frame, closed spaces communicating with channel through perforations made in inner portion of envelope.
