SUBSTANCE: multistoried building has an upper domestic storey, mainly a mansard one, with laminated external walls, warm garret with a warm laminated roof, exhaust ducts and an air-relief shaft installed on the roof in a spaced relation to the exhaust ducts; the external walls and roof are made with a ventilated air cavity separating the external layer of the external wall and roof from the other layers. The specific feature of the multistoried building is in the fact that the air cavities of the external walls and roof are interconnected, and the air-relief shaft is made in the form of volumetric members installed in each other in a spaced relation, the external member is mounted on the external layer of the roof, and the internal (smaller in height) one-on its internal layer.
