FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: drainage system includes water collecting troughs with drain holes arranged on edges of roof. Connected to drain holes are drain pipes. Drainage system also incorporates system for heating zone where drain holes are located. Additionally provided are internal water draining pipes. Heating system is made in the form of enclosed metal heat-conserving shell separated from external surface of draining pipe. There are pipe connections for passing return water from heating system of building. Aforesaid embodiment of drainage system is of increased reliability in operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
