SUBSTANCE: power units has external-load set 11 and gas-turbine engine, casing 12 forming, together with body of engine 1, annular chamber 14 blind on drive shaft end and communicating with diffuser 10 downstream of turbine and with atmosphere in vicinity of compressor 3 through port 15; annular chamber 14 is isolated from air path of compressor by adjustable pipe connections 17; fixed on inner surface 19 of casing 12 in vicinity of turbine 4 is annular throttling member 20 that forms blind cavity 21 on side of compressor 3 and annular flow channel 23 on side of turbine 22.
