FIELD: optical instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: mark signal is formed and supplied to recorders of examined process parameters by photoelectric conversion of light signal at slot outlet when light beam passes through slot. In addition, N-1 slots are made with their preset location relative to one another which prevents for generation of pseudorandom mark signals within the whole time of recording the examined process parameters. N-1 mark signals are formed by scanning with light beam and at known speed over surface in which slots are made. Each of N-1 mark signals which is related to corresponding slots is supplied to all recorders of process parameters. Time intervals between recorded pseudorandom mark signals are determined by relation of spaces between respective slots to speed of light beam scanning over surface in which slots are made. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
