FIELD: industrial health. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at developing recycling water supply and standardization of waste water flow at food industry enterprises. Solution being analyzed is brought in contact with 0.125 N potassium bichromate solution and sulfuric acid at volume ratio (8- 10): (1-1.4):(18-20), mixture obtained is allowed to stand for 3-5 min, cooled to room temperature, ferroin indicator is added, and excess of potassium bichromate is titrated with Moor salt solution.
