FIELD: radioelectronic engineering; broadband antennas where transverse and longitudinal radiators are known wireless data transmission systems. SUBSTANCE: antenna has planar insulating base covered with metallized layers incorporating strip excitation system and radiating aperture coupled with the latter and provided with horn radiators. Each wall of horn radiator has intercoupled conducting elements closing one being made in the form of metal rod. All rods intersect at points forming step- type transition levels. Rods of extreme walls of horn radiators are coupled to strip system screen without electric contact. EFFECT: reduced loss in excitation (adding) system, provision for overlapping phase- amplitude distribution which is superposition of propagating mode amplitudes, extended passband. 5 dwg
