FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking lateral X-ray picture of the vertebral column after administering radiopaque agent into intervertebral disk cavity by making puncture. Next to it, control lateral X-ray picture is taken on the background of stretching the region of vertebral column under study. Reduction in disk bulging into the spinal canal being detected, reducible bulging is diagnosed. Stable state bulging being observed, partial prolapse of diskal hernia is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
