FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves accessing pulpous nucleus of intervertebral disk and producing cavities by evaporating nucleus substance by means of laser. Laser of 960-980 nm wavelength, power of 2-2.5 W and total radiation energy of 360-720 J is applied. The laser radiation is produced with a special purpose apparatus.
