FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating double-row anastomosis by applying one-thread interrupted suture. Posterior lip of anastomosis is built by suturing submucous musculoserous layer on one side of intestine and seromuscular layer on the opposite side, then seromuscular layer is formed on the first side and seromusculosubmucous layer on the opposite side of intestines. The anterior lip of the anastomosis is built by suturing seromuscular layer on one end of intestine with anastomosis to be done and submucomusculoserous layer on the opposite end of intestine. Then seromusculosubmucous layer is sutured on the first side and seromuscular layer on the opposite end of intestine. On repairing gastrointestinal tract continuity, closed infected wound formation is prevented between the rows of sutures. Healing the anastomosis by first intention is achieved due to accurate engagement of uniform layers of intestinal wall. On stitching suture, the mode of needle movement from right to left does not change. EFFECT: low consumption of suture material; low probability of thread rupture; accelerated operation time. 2 dwg
