FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves stitching single row of interrupted sero-musculo-submucous sutures. The seromuscular envelope is bluntly separated 2-3 mm from mucous membrane edge. In-pierce into submucous base cross-section of one of the intestine segments to be anastomosed. Pierce-out is carried out through the serous membrane 3-6 mm from its edge. The wall is sutured on the opposite side in the like manner but in reversed order. Mucous membrane of the organ is not captured. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; increased serous membrane contact area in joining intestine segments. 2 dwg
